Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges on all jewelry without engraving within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Engraved and custom-made jewelry is not eligible for open purchase or exchange.

Repair & Warranty
All Ophira jewelry is covered by a 3-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including loose stones, defective settings, broken chains, and broken clasps.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external influences or lost parts.

- Bracelets and eternity rings cannot be adjusted in size.
- Most rings can be adjusted 1–1.5 sizes depending on the model.
Manufacturing time
All jewelry is made to order. The average production time is 4–6 weeks depending on the design and season.
Each product page shows estimated delivery time.

Insured Shipping
When your jewelry is finished, it will be shipped with trackable and fully insured shipping .
Orders over 20,000 SEK require a signature upon delivery. This is a security requirement and cannot be waived.
