In case of any damage, wrong product or missing goods, please contact us at info@ophira.se as soon as possible.

You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. Returns are at cost price and can be made for exchange or refund. The cost of returning with a delivery note is 49 SEK , and with REK 89 SEK .

In the case of partial returns where the order value after return is below the limit for free shipping, a shipping fee will be added.
A return slip is included in your package.
Always contact us before returning an item.

The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging .
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or incur a price reduction. You are responsible for the item until it has been received by us, and we therefore recommend trackable shipping.

If the return or complaint is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that engagement and wedding rings , engraved jewelry and custom-made orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Refunds are always made via the payment method used when ordering (card, Klarna, or direct transfer). Refunds are made within a few days after the case has been closed and the return has been approved.
