Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. We will begin processing your order immediately, and you will receive another email when your jewelry is shipped.

Pricing policy

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.
We reserve the right to make any printing or typing errors. If errors in price, delivery time or other information should arise, Ophira & Co reserves the right to correct these afterwards. In such cases, you will always be contacted before the order is changed, and you have the full right to adjust or cancel your order.

We offer a price guarantee on identical products with the same terms. The price must be proven at the time of ordering and does not apply to promotions, sales or used goods.

Card payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard. All card payments are securely processed via Klarna Payment Services , which is PCI DSS certified and uses 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).

Your card details are handled solely by Klarna in accordance with their security requirements and statutory confidentiality procedures.

Klarna Payment methods

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, we offer the following payment options:

• Pay within 14 days
  Payment period 14 days from the date the goods are shipped.

• Account / Partial payment
  With Klarna Account you can pay for your purchase in monthly installments according to Klarna's terms and conditions.

By using Klarna as a payment method, we share the necessary information (personal, contact and order details) with Klarna to enable the purchase. The data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's privacy policy.

Delivery information

All jewelry is made and packaged with care. Normal delivery time is 4–5 weeks . You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

We offer free shipping within Sweden .
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs and import fees will be added according to the recipient country's regulations.

Right of withdrawal & Returns

You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. Returns are at cost price and the item must be unused, in original condition and with complete packaging.

There is no right of withdrawal for engagement and wedding rings , engraved jewelry and custom orders . Exceptions can be made if you contact us via email before returning.

In the event of an approved return or complaint, a refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 days of approved handling.

Other

Ophira & Co does not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18.
If fraud or false orders are suspected, the matter is reported to the police immediately.

We comply with current Swedish legislation, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act.
Any disputes are referred to the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) or a Swedish court.

Force majeure

Ophira & Co is exempt from liability for delays or non-deliveries caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions or similar events that significantly affect operations.

Privacy & Security

Ophira & Co processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We protect your privacy and never share personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.
